Spring 2010 PLANiTULSA Update

The Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission has held 3 public hearings to receive additional citizen input on the plan, as they consider all aspects of the document for adoption.  The next hearing is scheduled for April 28, 2010 from 1:30 to 5 p.m. in the Council Meeting Chamber at City Hall, Second Floor.

Following adoption of the document by the TMAPC, the document will be sent to the Tulsa City Council for approval.  

What is the purpose of the Comprehensive Plan?

The Comprehensive Plan guides the physical development of the City. Its policies provide a framework within which individuals, businesses and public officials can make decisions that are consistent with the community's vision and objectives.
