The City of Tulsa is committed to providing assistance to the
development community through a variety of efforts and initiatives.
The Economic Development Division works to market publically-owned
properties and assist private development with land-use issues.
Recent examples include assembling public land for the Driller's
new home, ONEOK Field and vacating land for the new Griffin
Communications Media
Center in downtown Tulsa. For more information about available

Former City Hall RFP Update
The request for proposals on the former City Hall, 200 Civic
Center, has been awarded to Brickhugger LLC. Brickhugger recently
renovated the historic Mayo Hotel and is currently renovating
another downtown property into lofts.
